TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By Jane Wanjira Mungai, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Njeru, who died at Sipili, on 17th March, 1998. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By (1) Ali Kipchumba Tugom and (2) Samwel Kimitei Agui, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibogi Jogom Chiroch alias Kibogi Tugom Chiroch, who died at Lolduga, on 4th February, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
