TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By (1) Abubakar Mwamba Kalongo and (2) Omar Mwanyoka Mwamba, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwa Kalongo Nyae, who died on 18th May, 2007. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By (1) Nzingo Jumaa Jindwa and (2) Salima Karani Moga, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalongo Nyae Benyae, who died on 5th October, 1993. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By (1) Nzingo Jumaa Jindwa and (2) Salima Karani Moga, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rau Kalongo Nyae, who died on 11th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By (1) Washe Chipuli Mumba and (2) Nyamvula Chipuli Mumba, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chipuli Mumba Guro, who died on 2nd July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By (1) Muyazi Mwanyoka Moga and (2) Nakale Mcharo Kapitao, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanyoka Nyae Benyae, who died on 5th September, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
