TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2025 By (1) Lucy Gati Igobero, (2) Boke Manga Igobero and (3) Moses Wandwi Igobero, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Igobero Tingo Machera alias Chacha Tingo, who died on 20th May, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
