Box 60, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Arwa Nyamondo, who died at Nightingale Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2002. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2025 By (1) Ludfine Auma Ngoya and (2) Mary Atieno Milo, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peres Ondiek Otieno alias Peris Ondiek Kungu, who died at Kakmie, on 2nd August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E307 OF 2025 By Juma Maxwel Gidion, of P.O. Box 121, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gidion Nyamwak, who died at Awach, on 5th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E321 OF 2025 By Serfina Anyango Ongere, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Ongere Ongudi alias Ongere Ongudi, who died on 12th May, 2014.
