TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Oguta Ayugi and (2) Dick Otieno Ogweno Ayugi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Omolo Tambe, who died at Central Kasungu Location, on 24th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
