E80 OF 2025 By Hezron Kasirwa Bande, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ingonya Ndagwa alias Igonya Ndagwa, who died at Friends Hospital, Kaimosi in Kenya, on 28th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. E216 OF 2025 By Benard Avugwi Agalomba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Kalushi Indulagi who died on 30th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2025 By (1) Stephen Agesa Salamba and (2) Kenneth Ummeyi Sinzore, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Debra Lukamika alias Debura Lukamika Ommei, who died on 26th February, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
