TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By Poulo Kipsuswa Cherop, of P.O. Box 130–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cherop Kibet, who died at Kakwane, on 24th December, 2016. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025 By Alice J. Kiptoon, of P.O. Box 171–30401, Kabartonjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelelgo Kiptoon, who died at Kaimogol, Baringo, on 22nd November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
