TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By (1) Kimiti ole Kaoyia, (2) Parteri ole Kauyia and (3) Joseph Lenku Nkakuyia, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkakuyia ole Lengongu, who died at Entarara Sub-location, on 10th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By (1) Michael Kipingot Koikai and (2) Veronicah Mutunkei, both of P.O. Box 219–90121, Emali in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tasuna Koikai Solitei, who died at Emali, on 1st December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
