E48 OF 2025 By (1) Margaret Wangui Odupoy and (2) Peter Allan Tipapa Odupoy, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Lepish Odupoy, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2023. E60 OF 2025 By Cecilia Njeri Ngaya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngaya Mosiro, who died at Kahuho Sub-location, on 22nd January, 2025. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By (1) Ann Wanjiku Kinyanjui, (2) Peter N. Kinyanjui and (3) Paul Muturi Kinyanjui, all of P.O. Box 47992–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Kinyanjui Njoroge, who died at South B Hospital in Kenya, on 10th April, 2021.
