Box 266–20319, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kamau Ng’ang’a alias Simon Kamau Nganga, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2025 By Joseph Kariuki Mugwe, of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wambui Mugwe, who died on 12th August, 2010. CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2025 By Martin Muthomi Ngugi, of P.O. Box 14–20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wambui Ngugi alias Mrs. Mary Wambui Ngugi, who died on 16th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
