TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By Jason Irungu Chege, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege
Karuiru, who died at Muriranjas Hospital in Kenya, on 29th April,
2023.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025
By Eliud Njuguna Macharia, of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi
in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate
of Tabitha Njoki Kamau alias Njoki Kamau, who died at Gachocho,
on 17th July, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
