E16 OF 2025 By Christina Ndunda Wukinda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jefferson Wukinda Mwajumwa, who died at Taita, Coast, on 12th August, 1992. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By Hamisi Mnyapa-ra Keya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saidi Keya Mnyapara alias Said Keya Mnyapara, who died at Moi Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2014. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By Margaret Chari Chege, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladness Nyasi Mbwagwa, who died on 30th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
