E8 OF 2025 By (1) Kifalu James Fondo and (2) Kasichana Katana Kigunda, the deceased’s grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Pondo Kigunda, who died on 8th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2025 By Kanze Tsungula Jefa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sungura Jefwa Chai alias Tsungula Jefwa Chai, who died on 19th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By Omar Kahindi Karisa, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kasuwi Yongo, who died on 15th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2025 By Kazungu Kambi Gunga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kambi Gunga, who died on 19th May, 1982.
