TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By (1) Rose Adhiambo Ondiek and (2) Benta Adhiambo Obwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Suku Obwa, who died at Omia, Mwalo, Rarieda, on 11th March, 1994. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2025 By Leonard Ajigo Nyamondhi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jones Nyamodhi Okwiri, who died at Omia, Mwalo, Rarieda, on 12th August, 1982. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By Gilbert Nyaware Olwe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftal Olwe Samba, who died at East Katwenga, Rarieda, on 20th January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
