TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2025 By Daniel Ouru Ogire, of P.O. Box 62–40303, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Nyakwere Ogire alias Nyakwere Ogire, who died on 4th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. E257 OF 2025 By Paul Otieno Ohenje, of P.O. Box 28–40309, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oenje Onjonga, who died on 8th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
