TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By Erick Kiptoon Amdany, of P.O. Box 110, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoon Amdany, who died at Baringo District Hospital in Kenya, on 6th February, 1999. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 By Alex Kiptoo Bowen, of P.O. Box 593–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiprop Kibowen, who died at Barwesa, on 3rd January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
