TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025 By (1) Emmanuel Lemayian Muluya and (2) Joseph Kipino Muluya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Wanjiru Muluya, who died at Matasia Nursing Home, on 24th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By (1) Gathoni Mwangi, (2) Christina Peter Sirote and (3) Salome Nasianoi Muthee, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helena Wanjiku Kabale, who died at Emanyatta, on 28th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
