TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2023 By (1) Philomenah Mulwa Nzulwa, (2) Joyce Daudi Nzulwa, and (3) Robert Daudi Nzulwa, all of P.O. Box 471–90200, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Mutia Nzulwa, who died at Kitui in 2020. CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2025 By Jemimah Matika Onguka, of P.O. Box 231–50314, Emuhaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onguko Amaonga, who died at Ebusundi Sub-location, on 19th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E311 OF 2025 By (1) Syomiti Musyoka Sivi and (2) Muithya Kitindio Musyoka, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Musyoka Sivi, who died on 21st March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
