TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By (1) Josphine Mwelu Wambua and (2) Cecilia Mbithe Mulwa, both of P.O. Box 6–90130, Nunguni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mulwa Muteti, who died on 22nd October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2025 By Cosmus Mwau Mwania, of P.O. Box 1–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mwania Makuu alias Philip Mwania Makau, who died on 3rd August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
