TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2025 By Dickson Kimuyu Wambua, of P.O. Box 1–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Mathei, who died at Muumandu Sub-location, on 5th June, 1978. CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2025 By Charles Nzioki Kivati, of P.O. Box 58–90105, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kivati Muinde alias Kivati Muinde Nzuma alias Kivatilo Muinde Nzuma alias Kivati Nzuuma, who died at Iveti Location, on 14th March, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
