TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2025 By Mary Waithira Kimotho, of P.O. Box 154, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Muthoni Kimotho alias Susan Kimotho, who died on 29th July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
