Box 154, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Muthoni Kimotho alias Susan Kimotho, who died on 29th July, 2002. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2025 By (1) Dancan Nyaga Makunyi and (2) Kennedy Gachoki Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 37, Kiamutugu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ithimbwi Mugo Ngure alias Ithimbwi Mugiyo Ngure, who died at Kerugoya County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 5th February, 2008.
