TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2025 By Hanah Wangechi Kamau, of P.O. Box 1–2100, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Kamau Kariku alias Raphael Kamau Kariuki, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025 By (1) Jemimah Wairimu Waihenya and (2) Stephen Wachira Waihenya, both of P.O. Box 13333–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Geoffrey Kamau, who died at Bloom Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
