TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 107 OF 2025 By (1) Lucia Wahu Gakenge and (2) Lucy Wanjiru Gakenge, both of P.O. Box 615, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Gakenge Gatira, who died at Good Hope Medical Center, on 17th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2025 By (1) Eunice Wambui Kamau and (2) Kelvin Njanjo Muriithi, both of P.O. Box 840–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Muriithi Njanjo, who died at Benedict XVI Hospital in Kenya, on 1st March, 2020. CAUSE NO. 134 OF 2025 By Shadrack Ritho Muturi, of P.O. Box 1064, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Muturi Mwaniki, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 16th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
