TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2025 By Peter Kahihia Thuo, of P.O. Box 21, Kiganjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariamu Wambui Thuo, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 7th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2025 By (1) James Muriithi Mahihu, (2) Joan Wanjiru Mahihu and (3) Anita Muthoni Mahihu, all of P.O. Box 35730–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Mahihu Muriithi, who died on 2nd November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
