TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2025 By Irene Njoki Ngatia, of P.O. Box 411–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ngatia Weru, who died at Gathiuru, on 10th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Waigwa Gachoya, (2) Linus Waithaka Gachoya and (3) Richard Ndiritu Gachoya, all of P.O. Box 21941–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gachoya Wachanga alias Gachoya s/o Wachanga, who died at Neema Hospital in Kenya, on 18th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
