TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025 By Sheila Wairimu Njeri, of P.O. Box 657–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Njeri Wairimu, who died on 23rd January, 2025. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2025 By Alice Nyambura Wainaina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wainaina Muiruri Kihoaga, who died at Gitothua, Ruiru, on 5th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
