TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2025 By (1) Lucy Waithira Mburu and (2) Margaret Njoki Gitu, both of P.O. Box 300–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachoka Kinuthia, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th March, 1973. CAUSE NO. E426 OF 2024 By (1) Phillip Alex Kahiti Ndai, (2) Florence Grace Njoki Ndai and (3) Patrick Victor Gachuhi Ndai, all of P.O. Box 1206–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Wanjiru Ndai, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 13th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2025 By Jane Gathoni Muriuki, of P.O. Box 12–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriuki Macharia, who died at Ituru Location in 1964. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
