E47 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Wafunafu Wakhungu, (2) Wilkister Nasambu Wanyonyi, (3) Thomas Wamalwa Wanyonyi and (4) Martin Ngutuku Wanyonyi, all of P.O. Box 15, Bokoli in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyonyi Ngutuku, who died at Mahanga, on 14th September, 2024. CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2025 By Anton Manyasa Mulekano, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Nekhwe Wabule, who died at East Bukusu, on 30th October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2025 By Stephen Wekesa Soyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Soyi Nabwera Wamukota alias Soyi Sabwela, who died at South Nalondo Sub-location, on 20th March, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
