TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025 By Peter Kiplimo Kitur, of P.O. Box 601, Kitale in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will annexed to the estate of Paulo Kipchirchir Lelmengit, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
