TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 129 OF 2006 By Luka Kimanthi Mutoto, of P.O. Box 214, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Mbula Mutoto alias Mbula Simon Mutoto, who died at Kyethivo, Muthetheni, on 10th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By Sylvia Santilan Lenaiyarra, of P.O. Box 74442–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bobby Lemalen Lepilale, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
