TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By (1) Caroline Mumbi Githuku, (2) Michael Kariuki Githuku, (3) Christine Wacera Githuku and (4) Nelson Muraguri Githuku, all of P.O. Box 9083–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githuku Jotham Muriuki, who died on 1st September, 1992. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By (1) Bob Isaac Kigundu Miano, (2) John Rewel Ruitha and (3) Janet Christine Wairimu Miano, all of P.O. Box 149, Sagana in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Miano Kigundu, who died on 5th June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
