TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By (1) Eunice H. Nyaguthii Mburu and (2) Janet Nkatha Mburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mburu Robi alias Francis Onesmus Robi alias Robi Francis Mburu alias Francis Robi, who died at Thindigua, on 4th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By (1) Lucy Wangechi Mungai and (2) Kennedy Keriko Mungai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mungai Keriko, late of Juja, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
