NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 120, in Volume B-13, Folio 2443/22323, File No. 1637, by our client, Hamza Mumo Mang’eli, formerly known as Onesmus Nyamasyo Mang’eli, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Onesmus Nyamasyo Mang’eli, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hamza Mumo Mang’eli, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hamza Mumo Mang’eli only.
