NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 955, in Volume DI, Folio 271/1962, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Makasi Martin Koome Itonga, of P.O. Box 3–60200, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Martin Koome Itonga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Martin Koome Itonga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Makasi Martin Koome Itonga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Makasi Martin Koome Itonga only.
