NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 748, in Volume DI, Folio 263/1890, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Lazarus Letasna, of P.O. Box 82–00205, Magadi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lazarus Kirewa Letasina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Lazarus Kirewa Letasina, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lazarus Letasna, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Lazarus Letasna only.
