NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-130, in Volume B-13, Folio 2433/22208, File No. 1637, by our client, Nyalali Hamadi, of P.O. Box 5970–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nyalali Ahmed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nyalali Ahmed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nyalali Hamadi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nyalali Hamadi only.
