NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1024, in Volume DI, Folio 272/1974, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Victor Cheruiyot Kirui, of P.O. Box 65041– 00618, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Victor Cheruiyot Langat, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Victor Cheruiyot Langat, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Victor Cheruiyot Kirui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Victor Cheruiyot Kirui only.
