NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal for the Uncollected Goods Act, Cap. 38 Laws of Kenya, to the owners of Motor Vehicle Registration Number KCE 604C- chassis number KG11-074374 to take delivery from Chanjo O-zone Point, P. O. Box 37930–00100 Nairobi, situated at Kihuguro, Ruiru- Kiambu County within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of outstanding storage charges and other incidental costs including that of publishing of this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed off by way of sale by public auction without further reference and the proceeds therefrom shall be defrayed against all the outstanding debts and storage charges accrued thereon and other incidentals.
