NOTICE is given pursuant to section 29 of the Trustee Act (Cap. 167) laws of Kenya, that any person having a claim or an interest in the Estate of the Late Rosemary Elizabeth Anne Owen (deceased), of Naivasha care of 195 O'Reillys Hill Road, Jumbuk, Victoria 3869, Australia, who died domiciled in the Republic of Kenya on 29th September 2016, is required to send particulars in writing of it, his or her claim or interest to the undersigned on or before the expiry of ninety (90) days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrators will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
