REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Scaut Amuku Ekutu alias Scaut Ekutu Ejakaiti alias Sikauti Ekuti (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land situate in the county of Busia, known as South Teso Osurette/1148, South Teso/Osurette/162, South/Teso/Osurette/1307 and South Teso/Osurette/1398, and whereas the Chief Magistrates Court at Busia in Succession Cause No. 28 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to Titus Isogol Amuku, and whereas the said title deeds issued earlier to the said Scaut Amuku Ekutu alias Scaut Ekutu Ejakaiti alias Sikauti Ekuti (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said transmission instruments, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Scaut Amuku Ekutu alias Scaut Ekutu Ejakaiti alias Sikauti Ekuti (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
