REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Githinji Kuria Mbogo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Tulaga/2481, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Engineer in Succession Cause No. 146 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Harrison Kamau Githinji, (2) Fraciah Nduta Githinji and (3) Margaret Mwihaki Githinji (ID/3159732), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Githinji Kuria Mbogo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of instrumentof L.R.A 39 and L.R.A 42, and upon such registration lease issued earlier to the said Githinji Kuria Mbogo (deceased), shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect Dated the 5th September, 2025.
