THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Manase Ndegwa Gitau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as Kiambogo/Miroreni Block 1/580, containing 0.934 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gilgil, and whereas in Chief Magistrate’s Court in Migori, Succession Cause No. E436 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Grace Wangare Ndegwa, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to Grace Wangare Ndegwa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Manase Ndegwa Gitau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
