THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Belice Wandama Mbili (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.41 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Mwea Mutithi/Scheme/996, and whereas the Kerugoya Law Court in Succession Cause No. E377 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jenifer Muringo Munyua (ID/5745254), and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Jeniffer Muringo Munyua (ID5745254), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Belice Wandama Mbili (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
