GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12757

WHEREAS Orua Nyadinda (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Marera/1829, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate Court at Maseno in Succession Cause No. E8 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Isabela Obonyo Orwa, and whereas the said court has confirmed a grant in favour of Isabela Obonyo Orwa, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Orua Nyadinda (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Isabela Obonyo Orwa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Orua Nyadinda (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
