GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12754

WHEREAS Peterlis Odera Sweta alias Peter Odera Sweta (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Kanyagewi/8088, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Maseno in Succession Cause No. 211 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Margaret Atieno Adera, and whereas the said court has confirmed grant in favour of Margaret Atieno Adera, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Peterlis Odera Sweta alias Peter Odera Sweta (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Margaret Atieno Adera, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peterlis Odera Sweta alias Peter Odera Sweta (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
