THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) James George Irungu (ID/1206020), (2) Agatha Wanja Ndirangu (ID/3222924) and (3) Alfred Nguyo Wangechi (ID/22003270), are registered as proprietors of all that property containing 2.536 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Ndaragwa/Aberdare Forest North Block 1/2042, situate in the Nyandarua County, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
