REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Loise Wanjiku Waithaka, of P.O. Box 238, Gilgil in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land, containing 0.0867 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 27/837, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to procced with the reconstruction of the said land register under section 33(5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
