REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwanalima Athuman Ngongonda, of P.O. Box 96028–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as the proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.021 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Vyemani Sett. Scheme/1223, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card issued thereof has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
