THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Shida Charo Yaa and (2) Katana Charo Yaa, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.7 hecatres or thereabout, known as Kilifi/Ngerenyi/334, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed as provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
